Product Owner

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and articulate your point of view, including with top management
• Experience and knowledge in analytical work with product and financial metrics is preferred but not required
• Experience and knowledge in forming UNIT economics
• High proficiency in Russian
• English language proficiency of at least B2

• Analyzing competitors' products from business models to user interfaces
• Planning financial and product metrics
• Gathering and formulating business requirements for product development
• Managing task priorities and communicating them to the product team
• Planning the work of the product team (including interaction with the development team)
• Assigning tasks for screen design and forming the customer journey (user flow and CJM)
• Coordinating task scope and product designs with management, stakeholders, and partners
• Implementing the product in collaboration with other departments (legal, marketing, IT security, etc.)
• Daily interaction with the team (conducting scrum meetings, resolving various issues, motivating, participating in hiring)
• Launching products and working with feedback and product metrics
• Presenting the results of the product team's work to management

• The work schedule is 5/2 09:00 to 18:00;
