The UIC Group team implemented a CRM system to optimize the management of the work of branches, departments and employees of the Everest learning center. The system covers various departments and functions, ranging from administration control, call centre, teaching, branch management and technical support. Everest CRM system allows to centralize the management and increase the efficiency of the learning center.

 

Our system provides tools for better interoffice communication, task automation and staff / pupil's data management. It also helps reduce the time spent on administrative tasks and improve customer service quality by providing reliable support and monitoring of all business processes.
