I want to be a UI&UX designer. What should I do? Roadmap from a 17-year-old designer.

Today we talk to one of the youngest members of our team, a talented designer, Shohruh Bakhtiyarov. Despite his young age, he has his own views and position in life.

- Tell us about yourself, how did you get into design?

- I have been interested in design since I was young, and when I was 14 or 15 I started making posters on the phone and selling them. Over time, I learned the basics and tools of design - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma.

- How many projects have you done so far?

- I have done about 50 projects and participated in more than 100 projects.

- Isn't "plain copy of your favorite design" plagiarism?

- You do it for yourself, so that your hands can learn to that level, not to sell, but not to be confused when it comes to real projects. You know the trends and you can use them to your advantage.

- Do you agree that "the best mentors for designers are customers and their feedback"?

- The person who gives the best feedback to me is the Team Leader.

- Understandably, do you have principles to work with again?

- At work, you need to work with colleagues as a family member, not as an ordinary worker.
