Pomodoro method

🇮🇹 Created by Francesco Chirillo in the 1980s, Pomodoro Technique is one of the most effective Time Management techniques today.

🍅 The essence of Pomodoro technology is to set the timer for a certain period of time and perform the task without distractions.

When you use it, the first thing you do is create a list of things you want to do for a week, select the things you want to do right now, and work without turning on the timer.

⏳ Typically, one tomato lasts 25 minutes, with a short rest of 5 minutes after each tomato. After four or five tomatoes, it takes more than 20-30 minutes to rest.

It is possible to do 8-12 pomodoro during the day.

🧐 In this way, you will learn to work without distraction, not to get bored of monotonous work and use your time efficiently. You can then extend the pomodoro time if you wish.

🦅 One of the core values of the UIC Group is to spend time effectively. Our company pays special attention to Time Management and our team actively uses the pomodoro method.
