Today we spoke with Vladimir Chesnokov, UIC Group Production team leader, who has 8 years of experience in 3D and motion design. Here are the most interesting answers for you.
- How did you get into this field?
- I started playing computer games. One day in between games, I came across an ad for a site that taught how to create 3D graphics games, and I became interested in it.
- Are there any motion design courses in Uzbekistan?
- There are 3D graphics and motion design courses in Uzbekistan, but they are still new. And to pass them successfully, you need a lot of inner motivation and self-study skills. In fact, it is so in every field.
- Do you want to open your own courses?
- This is a very controversial issue, as it is difficult to find experienced staff in Uzbekistan due to a lack of staff. Therefore, we hire students who are still raw in the field but have high interest, and we cook for ourselves. That's enough for now.
- What tools do you use in Motion.
- Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects. Programs are actually a lot, and a lot of things don't depend on the program at the beginning of your journey. In the beginning, a lot depends on your skills. The difference is noticeable when you get to the top - when it comes to real quality.
- Is there a demand for motion designers in Uzbekistan?
- There is a demand. Most of the projects come from advertising.
- What are your plans?
- At least in Uzbekistan to set up excellent production. Then go worldwide.
- What are the 3 advantages of working in the UIC Group?
1) I like the company's approach to work. Here, quality comes first, not profit.
2) Attitude towards employees. They create all the conditions for you to grow here.
3) Here you work with professionals.
- Do you have any tips for those who are just entering this field?
- As I said, don't bother choosing a program, don't pay special attention to courses or teachers, look for knowledge everywhere, develop your mind and enjoy it. In order to be a good professional, you have to love him very much.
